Prices shown are per cottage, irrespective of the number sharing, up to the stated maximum number of guests. The price includes electricity, heating, bed linen and towels.
Bookings are for full weeks, running from Saturday to Saturday for Little Haven, Taigh na Fraoch and Old Balwill and from Sunday to Sunday for The Haven. The cottage will be normally be available from 4pm on the day you arrive (4.30pm for Taigh na Fraoch) and we would ask you to depart by 10.00am on the day you leave, to allow time for cleaning. The entry and exit times may be adjusted, however, subject to other bookings, so please contact us if you have special requirements.
Short breaks are often available during low season (minimum three nights) and are charged at around 60% of the full week price for a three night break and around 75% for a four night break.
A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the rental is required at the time of booking. The balance of 70% is due six weeks before the arrival date. Bookings made less than 6 weeks before the start date must be paid in full at the time of booking. The full price is due for cancelled holidays unless we can re-let the cottage and so we strongly recommend that you take out holiday cancellation insurance. Payment may be made by sterling cheque or bank transfer.
Please note that all cottages are non-smoking and pets (dogs and horses) are only accepted at Old Balwill, not at any of the other cottages.
