Little Haven

Little Haven is a lovely stone-built cottage, situated in the hamlet of Kirkton of Balmerino, on the southern banks of the river Tay (Map). In a peaceful and secluded location, Little Haven is only ten miles from both St Andrews and the city of Dundee. It is very centrally located for touring Scotland, being only a few miles from the main motorway network, approximately one hour's drive from Edinburgh and one and a half hours' drive from Glasgow.

The area is a golfer's paradise, but there are also many other attractions in the area.

This traditional cottage has been fully renovated and modernised, whilst retaining its character with a wealth of natural wood features.   The cottage has its own private gardens which offer stunning views over the Tay towards Dundee and the Perthshire hills. The patio area is just the place to sit on warm summer evenings, watching the sun set over the river.

The cottage sleeps three, in one double and one single bedroom. There is a kitchen with dining area, sitting room with electric stove, bathroom and separate shower room. Many of the rooms have delightful river views.
